SeaQueen welcomes up to 3 dogs! 🐾 The property was designed with dogs in mind—featuring a fenced yard for safe off-leash play, beach access just 5 minutes away (dogs allowed year-round), and pet amenities including dog towels, water bowls, and waste bags. How many guests can stay at SeaQueen?

SeaQueen sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) and 1 bathroom. The property is 954 square feet and perfect for couples, small families, or groups of friends. We also provide a pack-n-play and high chair for families with young children.

Is there parking? How many vehicles?

Yes! SeaQueen has parking for up to 4 vehicles. There's ample off-street parking, and we even have a 240V/50amp EV charging station available for electric vehicles at no additional charge. **Important: You'll need to bring your own charging cable** - we provide the 240V/50amp outlet, compatible with Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Chevy, and all standard EVs.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Vacasa will send you unique access codes 24-48 hours before your arrival. The property features keyless entry via keypad, so you can arrive anytime after 4:00 PM without needing to meet anyone for keys.

Can I host parties or events?

No, SeaQueen is a residential property and parties or events are not permitted. The property is designed for peaceful, relaxing vacations. Quiet hours are observed, and we ask that guests respect the neighborhood and nearby residents.

SeaQueen features keyless entry! 24-48 hours before your arrival, Vacasa will send you a unique door code via email and text. Simply arrive anytime after 4:00 PM, enter the code on the keypad at the front door, and you're in! No need to pick up keys or meet anyone. The code is unique to your reservation and will stop working after checkout.

What's the WiFi password?

The WiFi network name and password are posted on the refrigerator and in the welcome folder. If you can't find them, check the house manual section or ask SeaQueenBot (our AI chatbot) for quick assistance. The WiFi is high-speed and reliable for streaming, video calls, and remote work.

How do I use the hot tub?

The hot tub is pre-heated and ready to use when you arrive! Simply remove the cover (lift from the side marked 'LIFT HERE'), check the temperature (should be around 104°F), and hop in! Controls are on the side panel. The Queen Flamingo's tip: Use the hot tub during a rainstorm—hot water, cool rain on your face, pure magic!

How do I charge my electric vehicle?

SeaQueen has a 240V/50amp EV charging station (Level 2 charger) available at no extra charge! **Important: You'll need to bring your own charging cable** - we provide the 240V outlet, you provide the cable compatible with your vehicle. Simply plug your cable into the outlet and connect to your car's charging port. Most EVs will fully charge overnight. Compatible with Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Chevy, and all standard EVs.

Where's the nearest grocery store?

The closest grocery stores are Seaview Market (5 minutes, great for basics and fresh seafood) and Sidney's Market in Ocean Park (10 minutes, small local market). For a full grocery store, Fred Meyer in Ilwaco is about 15 minutes away. Pro tip: Seaview Market has the best fresh local seafood and Dungeness crab!

Where do I take out trash and recycling?

Trash and recycling bins are located outside near the side of the house. Trash pickup is on [day of week - check with property manager]. Please separate recyclables (plastic, glass, metal, paper) from regular trash. If bins are full, extra bags can be placed beside the bins. Don't leave trash inside the house at checkout.

How do I watch TV or streaming services?

Cable TV is also available if you prefer traditional channels.

How do I use the washer and dryer?

The washer and dryer are located in the utility area. Detergent is provided! For the washer: load clothes, add detergent, select cycle (Normal for most loads), and press Start. For the dryer: transfer wet clothes, select temperature (Medium for most items), and press Start. Clean the dryer lint trap before each use.

How do I make coffee?

SeaQueen has both a drip coffee maker and a French press! For the drip coffee maker: add water to the reservoir, place a filter in the basket, add ground coffee, and press brew. Coffee filters are in the cabinet above. For the French press: add coarse ground coffee, pour hot water, stir, wait 4 minutes, press plunger down, and enjoy!
